Each service is subject to a separate project proposal outlining scope, deliverables, and cost.

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide necessary materials (content, images, access credentials) in time.
• Review and approve project stages timely.
• Ensure legal usage rights for any third-party media.
• Make payments as per agreement/invoice.

4. Payments & Refund Policy

• Minimum 50% advance is required to start any project.
• Full payment must be made before delivery.
• No refunds after work has started (unless in case of service failure).
• Extra changes may be charged additionally.

5. Intellectual Property

• All original assets remain our property until full payment.
• Ownership is transferred upon full payment unless stated otherwise.
• We may use completed work in our portfolio unless confidentiality is requested.

6. Use of Third-Party Services

Some services may rely on third-party platforms (e.g., Facebook, YouTube, OpenAI, Razorpay). We are not responsible for any disruptions caused by them.

7. Limitation of Liability

• No liability for indirect or consequential losses.
• We are not responsible for third-party failures or user errors post-handover.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate the project with notice.
• Work completed till date will be invoiced.
• All dues must be cleared before asset/code handover.

9. Confidentiality

We respect your confidentiality. Sensitive data will not be disclosed unless required by law.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Major updates will be notified via email or our website.
